Was absolutely impressed with their customer service. I had purchased a new eMTB and the rear shock must’ve been problematic. They had me ship it back and it was under warranty. The shock was sent back quickly in perfect condition. My son is very pleased with the rear shock.

Excellent stuff, it’s good when a company stands behind their products. Something happened to the damper inside the fork, it was making a weird sound like something was loose. The technician viewed the footage and promptly had a return label ready. All in all, I was out for about 3 weeks total, but worth it when they stand behind their products.
