We understand that when you make an order, you want your item(s) as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.  We own and operate our distribution center in Ridgefield, Washington. 

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Products will ship the same or next business day. Our cutoff for same day shipping is 15:00 PDT/PST.   The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.  

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 1 business day of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped USPS; however, we do utilize UPS for larger or more expensive goods. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

  • Fast Free Domestic Shipping. Delivery typically in 3-7 business days.
  • Three Day Shipping. Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.  
  • Second Day Shipping. Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday. 
  • Next Day Shipping. Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
  • After an item has left our facility and care we are happy work with the selected shipping company but we are not responsible for any additional delays in transit time for goods to reach their final destination. These delays can be caused by holidays, weather, time of year or other unforeseen events. Rest assured we will do our best to help.
  • USPS Priority Mail deliveries are shipped as 2-3 business day deliveries after the initial handling/processing day. In some cases, delays can occur to more remote locations. 
  • For any time sensitive orders, SR Suntour North America strongly urges customers to use UPS expedited services. 

Shipping to Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground.  Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can do our absolute best accommodate.

International Shipping

  • Free shipping on international orders over $449.95 USD.
  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over $249.95 USD
  • USPS, UPS or DHL international shipping is used at our discretion. 
  • Prices are shown in your local currency based on your IP Address. 
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are subject to be paid by the receiver upon delivery by the courier either selected by the customer or SR Suntour North America Inc. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • International Orders for forks may require 1-2 business days of additional processing time prior to shipment. Most items leave the next business day.
  • When "Flat Rate International" method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, UPS or DHL). Typical transit time for USPS will be 7-21 business days.
  • DHL and UPS Express services are 3-5 business day delivery times to all international locations once the package has left our facility. 
  • Shipping into Mexico we strongly recommend DHL or UPS to ensure the delivery of your goods or at the least, a non-residential address. 
  • Items shipped "Flat Rate" into Mexico can take longer based on local customs and shipping regulations.
  • After an item has left our facility, we are happy work with the selected shipping company but we are not responsible for any additional delays in possible transit time that goods require to reach their final destination.

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door or mailbox and do not require a signature.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely fast, sometimes with in as little as 30 minutes from when an order is placed.

Orders can be cancelled only while their status is labeled "Unfulfilled." Once an order has a status of "Order Fulfilled," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Returns

We thank you for your interest in SR Suntour products and hope that you are happy with every purchase you make.  We are committed and do our absolute best to make sure that your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner and undamaged, although we know unforeseen circumstances can arise.  If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased and would like to either return them, the instructions below describe how to properly do so. 

Returns:

  • Please email us to returns@srsuntour.com
  • All items sent back for return must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) provided from our staff.
  • Returns are only available for purchases made directly from srsuntour.us, any purchases made from another retailer must be returned according to that source’s policies.
  • Returns must be made in 30 days from the time of purchase and must be in the same condition as they left our facility.
  • Returns will be processed 5-7 days from when they are received. 
  • Once the item(s) is received and processed, a refund for the amount of the item will be issued to the purchasing party minus any incurred shipping cost to SR Suntour North America Inc. in addition to a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Customer is responsible for all to and from shipping along with, if applicable, any brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. Any shipping charges incurred by the SR Suntour North America Inc. are not refunded. 
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to SR Suntour North America Inc. upon delivery will be rejected or paid by the customer.
