We understand that when you make an order, you want your item(s) as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.  We own and operate our distribution center in Ridgefield, Washington. 

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Products will ship same or next business day. Our cutoff for same day shipping is 15:00 PDT/PST.   The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.  

In some cases items showing in stock could be on back order and will you will be notified as such with a ETA for delivery to you. If an item is on back order you will be given the opportunity to wait for it to come back into stock and ship or a full refund. In the event that an item is sold and is not available we will provide to you the best alternative solution that we can. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 1 business day of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize UPS and DHL Express.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.  


  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday. 


  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground.  Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can do our absolute best accommodate.

Typically packages will be left at your door or mailbox and do not require a signature.

International Shipping Policy

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Free DHL Express shipping on International orders over $450.00 USD
  • Prices are shown in your local currency based on your IP Address. 
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • International Orders for forks may require 1-3 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. Most items leave the next business day.
  • When "Flat Rate International" method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, UPS or DHL). Typical transit time will be 7-21 business days. Items shipped "Flat Rate" into Mexico can take longer based on local customs and shipping regulations.
  • DHL Express is guaranteed 2-3 day delivery to all International locations once the package has left our facility. Items can be delayed 1 business day for scheduled pick up. 
  • Once your package leaves our facility you will need to contact the shipping company with any questions pertaining to the delivery status of your order. 
  • Shipping in to Mexico we strongly recommend DHL shipping to ensure the delivery of your goods or at the least, a non-residential address. 
  • After an item has left our facility we are happy work with the selected shipping company but we are not responsible for any additional transit time that the goods require to reach their destination. 


Returns - Exchanges

  • All items sent back for return must have a Return Authorization Number provided from one of our staff members.

  • Returns must be made in 30 days from the time of purchase and must be in the same condition as they left our facility.
  • Returns will be processed 3-5 days from when they are received. 
  • Once the item(s) are received and processed a store credit for the amount of the item will be issued to the purchasing party. Store credit is given in the form of a coupon code.
  • Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to SR SUNTOUR North America Inc. upon delivery will be rejected.
