SR SUNTOUR has learned that products falsely claiming to be made by SR SUNTOUR or displaying imitation SR SUNTOUR branding are currently being offered for sale in many areas around the world including sales in online platforms. In particular, unauthorized distributors and sellers are selling counterfeit SR SUNTOUR NCX seat posts. SR SUNTOUR is taking legal actions against the sellers it can identify. However, you should be aware of this development and only purchase authentic products from SR SUNTOUR or its authorized distributors/sales channels which can be located on SR SUNTOUR’s website: https://www.srsuntour.com/home/. Items sold through 3rd party retailers such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba are not authorized sales channels for SR SUNTOUR products. 

Counterfeit products fall short of SR SUNTOUR's quality standards and could possibly cause a customer's product to malfunction and result in serious safety issues. Be advised that SR SUNTOUR will not be responsible for any malfunction or damages that may occur as a result of the use of counterfeit products. Moreover, products purchased outside of SR SUNTOUR’s authorized sales channels are not warranted by SR SUNTOUR or supported in any way.

Purchasers should also be aware that SR SUNTOUR cannot implement measures such as investigations into the authenticity of products purchased from sources other than our authorized sales channels. If you have purchased a seat post labeled SR SUNTOUR NCX from a seller other than our authorized sales channels, we strongly urge that you contact the seller and return the items.
