155lb rider. On a my25 amflow pl carbon base model. With 400lb x 57mm cane creek vlt spring. 1 round of spring preload puts me @ 30% sag 2rounds right at 25% sag. Running 190 psi in the IFP. Shock was easy to set up except the rebound adjuster is a tad hard to turn on my bike. The knob is tucked back in the linkage.

Very good performance coil shock giving me a plush ride with a good grounded feel. I have the 500lb coil but maybe should have gone with 550lb,I'm 90kg
Fantastic value for money. This shock has really improved the handling of my trail bike. The only change I would make is to the rebound damping. Even when the rebound is set to full fast (least amount of damping) I’d like another click or two on the adjuster knob so that I have the option to have even faster rebound.
