Needed this for my g.f. 116 lb weight. Installed it and checked the correct tension once she sat on it, per the instructions sent with the spring. She loves it. Also bought a little can of grease to lubricate the blue spring properly. I already own one of these seat posts on my Giant E-bike and absolutely love it. We rode in Cape May, NJ this weekend, she loved it. Nice protection for her nice little tush.

The blue softer spring gives me a more comfortable ride. I found the original one it comes with was too stiff for me. I’m 170 and ride mostly paved or packed dirt trails.
