Very happy with it so far. Seems like good quality, soaks up the bumps.
Why did I wait so long? Easy to install and easy to adjust and then just ride! Love the “wave” motion. I have spinal stenosis and this post allows me to ride further and without the pain of hitting bumps.
Paired the NCX seat post with a Cloud 9 seat, and WOW - no bumps, and a feel like I'm riding my old "balloon" tire bike when I was a kid. The ride is so soft and gentle, it makes my ride so much more of pleasurable.
What a difference this makes! As a middle aged new ebike rider, this suspension seat post makes riding over pavement bumps and lumps a breeze. Significantly more comfortable than the brand that I have on my other bike.
