Pretty comfortable. Setting preload is a bit of a mystery. Tech support was helpful but decent instructions could have been included. Also, stiffer spring should be an option on the original purchase rather than an extra cost add on.
Shipped quickly, and works great. No more twisting side to side with the factory post, and huge improvement over factory suspension post. Just get it.
This worked really well on my Lectrix Xpress with an adapter shim. Much better and more comfortable than the Lectrix suspension post. I was also looking for an option that would allow me to set the seat back an inch or two as the frame on the Xpress is a little too small for my legs. There are only two issues - one is that the design limits how far forward the seat could be angled so getting the seat parallel required the seat supports rest on the post mechanism which allows no room to mount a protective cover (which was an extra price option and not included)
Wow what a difference in the ride of my Cannondale Tesoro e-bike. I am over 60 and the hard impacts from humps and bumps on roads were painful sometimes. Installed this and now don't feel bumps or humps at all. Superb upgrade and just makes the bike more sporty looking even.
Riding buddy has one on his e-bike and loves his also.
After trying the Redshift, the Kinekt and the Veloric brands of seatpost, I ordered the SR Suntour. It is the lowest priced device and is so far the most effective. The easiest post to mount on the saddle and adjust.
