28mm Preload Dial Adjuster

I bought a speed lockout knob and a preload adjuster knob, both says 28mm, but wen I receive the items they were 25mm, sales team says its cause the description in the web its for the stanchion diameter where they fit not the actual knob diameter. Poor item description

It is a replacement. Expensive for a piece of plastic. Forks are not marked with model identification. Serial numbers are many and don't function at the website. The twist knobs are flimsy and ought to be sealed to their base. The plastic threads easily strip (and were stripped by the bicycle assembler). Spent over $100 for $1 of plastic.
