This is the perfect suspension post for protecting my lower spine when encountering pot holes etc. Excellent build and fast delivery.
Haven't received it yet. Still waiting .
Delayed last week due to weather and still haven't received it. No updated tracking is available.
Reached out to Suntour a couple days ago. Suntour responded that they could not help me.
I feel like Suntour should have addressed this, located my shipment and updated me. If they could not locate it then another should have been sent to me. I paid for their product and never received it from the shipper that Suntour uses.

Unfortunately, it looks like USPS is still dealing with delayed shipments for the weather in your area which is unfortunate but obviously out of anyone’s control as it is a natural event/act of God.
Here is the current tracking information that USPS can provide.
“We were unable to attempt delivery of your item on January 29, 2026 at 12:51 pm in WINSTON SALEM, NC 27127 due to hazardous or unsafe weather conditions. Your item will go out for delivery on the next business day as conditions permit”
Seems pretty reasonable given the current circumstances and it seems like it would be challenging to use this product outdoors given the inclement weather.
