Fast service and genuine. This is the forth one I have purchased and the first one from you the manufacturer directly.
The first one I purchased from Rad, shortly after I bought my Rad Rover 6+.
The next two were for friends, that bought the same bike after I did. I think another from rad and one online. Which thinking back; I think it came it a plain brown box, most likely counterfeit I'm thinking now. At the time I just wondered why.
Anyway went on a bumpy trail ride with my older cousin recently and could see he wasn't having fun. So I showed him my seat post and why I was complaining. So he ordered one that evening, not even knowing there were different sizes. Ofcourse it was wrong. But I noticed the plain box as well, and compared it to mine I still had on the shelf with my stock post in it. I knew something was up . So went to your website and confirmed my suspicion. So ordered directly from you. I don't like imposters, copies, frauds or the term clone. It's blatant theft as far as I'm concerned. So won't knowingly support even if it does save me some money in the short term.

This is hands down the best upgrade I've ever added to a bike and I wish I did it sooner. Makes the ride so much more smoother and more comfortable, especially for longer bike rides
