the clamps on your catalog show both inner and outer clamps. I ordered 2 ( set for both sides of post. when they arrived I oreceived just the inner serrated clamps. when I called the sales person said that the clamp id has a drop down to identification that shows them as separate..this is misleading.. when I called the sales person said the outer clamps is out of stock.I have a brand new post that I can't sell until the outer clamps come in ....

The clamp fit well and easy to install.
Suntour says the serial # has been used 3 times.The clamp snapped off, it will not hold a saddle safely Left me on the trail with no saddle. Unsafe junk
