Excellent stuff, it’s good when a company stands behind their products. Something happened to the damper inside the fork, it was making a weird sound like something was loose. The technician viewed the footage and promptly had a return label ready. All in all, I was out for about 3 weeks total, but worth it when they stand behind their products.

Was having issues with my shock and i sent it to suntour. They took care of it and had it back to me in a week. Super helpful with any questions i had also.
